This says to me more "motorcycle" than "garden and landscape" and the C almost becomes a K.
I know your client probably loves that irrelevant millennium swirl, saying it conveys "energy" and "movement" or somesuch. However, it's a design cliché circa 2000 and it makes the logo look dated, even though it's a decade later.
